Actually, the design of the My Account page depends on the color theme and button styles, and other demo-related styling options which has been set for the demo from the Theme settings.

There is no specific settings to design the My Account page differently. You can find all the settings related to the My Account or Register page in Theme Settings >> My Account >> Login & Register.
