Hi,

When users are log in checkout page are working.
For example user changing the shipping method page is refreshing and calculating another shipping price.
Same as adding coupon code, when user already log in they can add coupon code to checkout page.
When users do not log in (quest) on checkout page, they can not change shipping or payment methods. page are not refreshing.
Try site like quest. you can not change anything on check out page but is on basket page you can modify shipping method. After you log in checkout page working normal.
