Reply To: Installing theme

thanks for getting back to me. the theme has never been installed before as it is a new domain and a brand new wordpress site that hasnt been used yet, so I cant deactivate the theme because it has never installed in the first place. I’m really struggling with it and need it installed ASAP but keep getting the same error code whatever I try. Is there any way you can install it please?
