Elementor plugin is not included with the theme. It is downloaded from its original repository on wordpress.org here https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/
We don’t have direct support from its developer.

Anyway, after further investigation, we found that this issue is not directly related to the plugin. It seems to be some problem with your hosting server. As we can see, it doesn’t load JS and CSS resources properly from time to time and return 404 and 403 errors. You can open the browser console and see them. We also tested with other themes on your website and got the same errors.
In this situation, you need to check your server or try to use a different hosting to fix this.
