Hi,

1. order status:
For example, if my customer wanted to buy a product from my vendor/seller. Payment already made by customer on the website.
Vendor/seller will pack and post the product to the customer. The data of the product from packing & posting and delivered to the customer is recorded in the system and can be track under order status? How do i set to acquire customer confirmation after they receive the product?

2. Extra payment gateway
Please refer to my attachment. I’m facing difficulties on putting in the information as i’m not an IT person, Can you help me on this by letting me know where can i find the information to add this inside the 1 & 2?
