Hi, based on the tutorial videos you shared earlier, we enabled following payment methods.
a) Direct bank transfer
b) Paypal
c) Braintree(Credit card)

1. I tried to purchase one product with Direct bank transfer from our shop. Then it shows “Thank you, Your order has been received”. However neither any files downloaded nor any money transferred to our account. They didn’t asked customers account number and bank details. Please see screenshot 1. Please help.
2. Based on the tutorial video you sent we installed the plugin WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Gateway.We enabled it. However in the connection settings we didn’t see any button to connect to Braintree. So that we couldn’t activate this paypal account. You can check it in the screenshot 2a.
3 We allready installed another woocommerce paypal option.
When I tried to purchase with this payment gateway it says “we aren’t able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method.” Please see screenshot 3.
Currently customers can’t purchase from our shop. Please help.
