Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer and sit this layout http://prntscr.com/lxzaxf

Add HTML block widget to Footer column (you will have one Footer column) in Appearance > Widgets http://prntscr.com/lxzbin

If necessary make the row full width in the HTML block
