    Hello,
My website has more than 100 blog posts, but the blog archive only displays up to page 5.
    I have tried the following:

Changing pagination type to “Pagination links”.

    Clearing the cache.

Updating the theme to the latest version (8.3.3).

However, pages 6 and beyond do not appear (around 42 posts are missing).
Could you please check if there is any bug or limitation in the blog loop that might be causing this issue?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,
After Woodmart theme update from 8.2.7 up – even to the current latest (8.3.3)
The homepage and single product page crash – like @ the screenshots.
Tried updating everything to the newest version – all plugins, woodmart core, patches.
    Nothing helps.
    Any ideas?

When you search for a product, for example, that has 3 results in Ajax, but when you click on the “VIEW ALL” button, it does not show the list of products but instead goes directly to the last matching product.

I have the latest version of the theme and all patches:

    Woodmart: 8.3.3
    Patch ID: 690957

Thank you for your quick response. I’ve already tried all the suggested steps — the theme is currently updated to version 8.3.3, and I’ve also tested using the parent Woodmart theme with only WooCommerce activated. Unfortunately, the issues still persist.

As mentioned earlier, this is not specific to a single website — I’ve noticed the same AJAX and JavaScript-related issues (burger menu, product search, and pagination) on multiple Woodmart-based sites. This clearly points to a problem within the theme itself rather than any plugin or cache conflict.

I had already shared the staging credentials in my previous message, but I’m including them again below for your convenience. Please go through the site and review the behavior in real time.

Kindly mark this as a high-priority issue, as it’s affecting multiple live projects. If possible, please share an update or fix by end of the day today.

Appreciate your support and quick attention to this matter.

    Hi Nikola,

    Here’s the difference:

    – Theme updates: full releases you install via Dashboard > Updates or Appearance > Themes. They include new features, improvements, and all patches released before that version.
    – Patches (Patcher): small, targeted fixes we publish between releases. They update only specific files and are shown in Dashboard > WoodMart > Patcher. They are optional—apply only the ones that address an issue you experience.

Why you still see many patches on 8.3.3:
    – Those patches were released after 8.3.3 or cover edge cases that may not affect your site. They will be bundled into the next theme update and then disappear from the Patcher once you update to that new version.
    – You can ignore patches that don’t relate to your site; applying them is not mandatory.

    Notes:
    – When you update the theme to the next version, any applied patches are automatically replaced by the updated theme files—no extra action is needed.
    – If you are unsure about a specific patch, share its ID and we will advise whether you need it.

    Kind Regards

Thank you for the information. Could you please explain what the difference is between the updates and the patches in the “Patcher” section?

Isn’t the update supposed to be the main one, and shouldn’t the main update include all the patches as well?

Currently, I’m on WoodMart 8.3.3, but when I opened the Patcher, there were many changes that I had to apply manually.

Could you please explain why this is the case?

    Hi Hung,

Just an update — I noticed in Dashboard → Updates that WoodMart version 8.3.3 was available.
I clicked Update, and the message said “Updates have been completed successfully.”

However, when I checked in Dashboard → WoodMart, the theme version still shows as 8.2.5, and the Patcher section still doesn’t display the patch you mentioned earlier.

Could you please check why the version didn’t actually change after updating?

    Thanks again for your help!

    Hi Hung,

    Thanks for your help.

I’ve manually downloaded the theme from the link you provided and installed it via the WordPress admin panel. The installation message said it was successfully installed, but the version still shows as 8.2.5, not 8.3.3 as mentioned.

Because of that, the Patcher section still doesn’t show the patch you referred to.

Could you please double-check the download link or provide the correct file for version 8.3.3?

    Thanks again for your assistance!

    Hello,

Thank you for your detailed report and for being a loyal Woodmart user. To assist you further and pinpoint the cause of these AJAX and JavaScript issues, please update your theme to the latest version 8.3.3 if you haven’t already done so. After updating, temporarily switch to the parent Woodmart theme and disable all plugins except WooCommerce to rule out any conflicts.

If the problem persists after these steps, please share staging site access or any relevant console logs via the Private content field, so we can investigate more thoroughly.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to resolving this promptly.

    Hello,

Please try to update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.3 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, clear your site cache/ server cache, and check if the problem persists.

After updating to 8.3.3, the two buttons “Skip to navigation” and “Skip to main content” appeared above the site header.

How can I remove these buttons?

I saw on the forum that this could be related to cache, but I’ve cleared the cache numerous times, yet the button is still displayed.

Right now, I’m temporarily hiding it via display:none. However, the buttons are still visible on the first load.

How can I disable/hide these buttons correctly and permanently?

    Thank you!

    Hi XTemos team,

I’m having a problem with variable (Variation) products on a fresh install of WoodMart.

    Problem
On a variable product page, after selecting an attribute and clicking Add to cart, I get the WooCommerce alert
“Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart”
even though an option is selected. The variation is not added to the cart.

    Live example
    Staging URL (WoodMart active):
    https://kedem.briukda.quick-servers.com/wp/product/new-test
(If needed I can provide a temp admin user.)

    Environment
Theme: WoodMart 8.3.3 (fresh download from ThemeForest, licensed)
Child theme: WoodMart child (no custom code)
    WordPress: 6.8.3 (jQuery 3.7.1)
    WooCommerce: 10.2.2
    PHP: 8.1

Caching/minify: none (no LiteSpeed, no other caching/minification)
Template overrides: I removed /wp-content/themes/woodmart/woocommerce/. WooCommerce → Status shows no outdated templates.
Plugins for testing: only WooCommerce + WoodMart (others deactivated)
    Steps to reproduce
Create a global attribute Brand (terms: Amma, Kedem) and enable “Used for variations”.
Create a variable product, assign the attribute and create 2 variations (each with price & stock).
View the product on the frontend.
Select any term (dropdown or swatches) and click Add to cart.
An alert appears: “Please select some product options…”. The variation isn’t added.
    Console / Network errors

On the product page I consistently see:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘ (at 57038.js?ver=7335:4)

    and
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘textContent’)
    at o (add-to-cart-variation.min.js?ver=10.2.2:1:14356)
    at r.onFoundVariation (add-to-cart-variation.min.js?ver=10.2.2:1:6747)
    at dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:40035)
    at v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:38006)
    at Object.trigger (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:70124)
    at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:70726)
    at ce.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:3129)
    at e.<computed>.each (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:1594)
    at e.<computed>.trigger (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:70701)
    at r.onFindVariation (add-to-cart-variation.min.js?ver=10.2.2:1:5750)

Sometimes the Network tab shows a 500 response for the script that loads as 57038.js (looks like the theme’s compiled JS bundle). Because the response is HTML, the browser throws the “Unexpected token ‘<’ ” error.

    What I already tried

Switched to a default theme (OceanWP) with the exact same product → works (variation is added), so it seems theme-specific.
    Disabled all plugins except WooCommerce.
Removed any WooCommerce template overrides from the theme.
Tested both default select dropdowns and WoodMart swatches → same result.
Cleared any caches (server and browser).
Checked Theme Settings → Shop → Variable products; using defaults (quick shop off/on doesn’t change the issue).

    Questions
Is there a known incompatibility between WoodMart 8.3.3 and WooCommerce 10.2.2 / WordPress 6.8.3 (jQuery 3.7.1) regarding variable products?
Could the failing theme bundle (57038.js) explain the behavior? If so, what could cause it to return a 500/HTML response?
Are there specific theme settings I should enable/disable for WooCommerce 10.2.x (e.g., AJAX variation image settings, quick shop, etc.)?

I’m happy to provide a WooCommerce Status Report, debug.log, and temporary admin access if you need to inspect the staging site.
Thanks a lot for your help!

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.3 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    Best Regards,

    #690047

    Hello,

The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.

You are using a very old version of the theme and not updating the theme. Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.3 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.

Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

If the issue still remains, let me know so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
