I saw the screenshots you attached.
1) Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to add another tab in the mobile menu.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
2) You need to install and use the loco translate plugin and use the correct path to translate the string.
Your path will be Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.
