Выводим фильтр с ценой http://joxi.ru/bmokK7Ni35nDVm но на сайте, например, тут он не отображается http://13531.online/product-category/tovary-dlya-doma/ , как это исправить?

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.
To display the price filter on the shop page. You need to quick edit the product and update from Dashboard >> Products.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme, disable server caching, clear browser cache and check back.
If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I saw the screenshot you attached. To use the price filter widget like the screenshot you need to use the Product Filters by price widget inside the Shop Page Widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.
