I saw the screenshots you attached.

The slide background is displayed like this because of the height of the slider. Actually, the height of the image is less than the height of the slider.

Please try setting the slider height by editing the slider then check back.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Desktop area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

#slider-145 .woodmart-slide {
	min-height: 390px;
}

Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

You are Welcome.

The image is displayed zoomed because the slider is set to be displayed full width but the actual image you are using is less in width.

Please try using an image or higher resolution then set it then clear cache and check back.

This will fix the issue.
