Фильтр товара на отдельной странице

Здравствуйте. Как можно сделать не раскрывающийся фильтр, а что бы постоянно был развёрнут?

А можно установить сайдбар и там установить раскрытые фильтра?

Yes, please navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > SIDEBAR & PAGE TITLE and set the layout with the sidebar. Then navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add filters to Shopa page widget area, these filters will be always open and visible on shop page and category pages.
