    Hi!
    I have a problem with a website I am working on.
    The front page scroll works only when using the website logged in.
    I have tried to disable plugins one by one and could not detect the issue origin.

    Second thing:
    Theme settings does not effect single product page whatsoever, only elementor

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    This has been already done :/ it looks like it’s coming from the core but I cannot find from where.

    Please update WoodMart Core plugin in Appearance > Install plugins and check how it works.

    Same issue.
    Cleared cache as well.
    Photo attached in private info.
    Purple is incognito signed out, black is regular signed in.

    Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    This issue happens only when logged out after clearing cache.

    What are those marks when short description is in Hebrew? It does not show with English.
    I have tried to change the description to something shorter but didn’t work

    WoodMart does not cause or influence that, most likely this symbol is not treated properly, translate to English to see what it is and try to replace it.

    Hello Elise, it seems to be a problem with the product archive widget not knowing how to handle Hebrew. Is there a way to disable the whole short description on that section without using css?

    I have another issue, sorry for bothering.
    When the sticky navbar does not have a drop down menu, is it un pressable.
    Also, I do not see an option to edit the styling, is there an option like this?

    It seems to happen when you scroll after switching to a smaller tab in height. I could replicate this easy by scrolling down, switching tab, and trying to scroll up. Once you are able to solve it the first time without leaving the page, the page is fine until refresh. This happened to me with all products

    Ok, found the problem. It seems to be gone when disabling the “Main carousel auto height” option on single product page settings. I do need this enabled though.

    It happens after loading more products when 4 columns are in place, and then it changes to 3.
