1px row border not showing on frontend

Dear,

In HTML Block, I’ve added a 1px row border as shown in the attachment.

It appear well on the WPBakery Admin Frontend Editor but it doesn’t appear in the page’s footer itself. Why?

Yes I checked to clear cache but doesn’t work.

Your screenshot is NOT relevant. The issue is not resolved on the staging.

Please carefully recheck the attachments I gave in my initial post. The location of the border that I’m referring to is NOT the one which you’re showing in your last screenshot.

However, I’d like to understand why do I need this add this code? When I preview the HTML Block in WPBakery Frontend, the line appears without the code.
