You can create and manage your products via Dashboard -> Products. This functionality comes with the WooCommerce plugin so we suggest you refer to plugin documentation for help.

1. Created a multisite on subdirectories
2. For example, I have 50 products:
accordingly, there are 50 products on the English version of the site and 50 on the Polish version
Here’s my question: is there a plugin that allows you to combine their quantity in stock?
So that when I ordered 25 units of one of the products in the Polish version of the site examples.com/pl , on the English version of the site examples.com – 25 units were also deducted.
Unfortunately, we don’t know a plugin for this purpose to recommend to you.
