2 questions about settings ?

    Hello,
    my name is You and I come from Germany.
    I got the tip with Woodmart from a friend and I am thrilled.

    But I also have two questions:
    1) What are the basic settings (standard) of the picture size under:
    Design > Customizer > WooCommerce > Product pictures ?

    I’ve done something wrong and can’t get 5 articles next to each other, although 5 are set everywhere – maybe it’s because of these settings?

    2) How can I create a separate page for the product categories, so that they are used in the theme? I thought this could be done with the “WPBakery Page Builder” – but I didn’t find a way to create a category page for the theme.

    Is that even possible?

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    The Default Sizes of products are mentioned in the Screenshot.

    You don’t need to create separate pages for each category. You just need to create categories from Products >> Categories. You can use the categories URL whenever you want to display the specific category page.

    Actually the categories layout is inherited by Shop page, so there is no such separate page for categories.

    Ok Thank you for your quick response.
    The basic settings did not help now – to display 5 articles side by side.

    I have – as you can see in the screenshots – set the following settings – but it always stays with 4 articles side by side.

    Could you tell me where else my mistake could be?

    Most Welcome,

    I have seen your screenshots, as you already choose “5” for “Products columns” option under theme settings >> Shop >> PRODUCTS GRID. The same module works just fine at my test site. If you contain any third party plugins then deactivate all of them, and check back with theme default plugins.

    In case if it still not displaying the 5 products as per row, then share your login credentials and let me check with theme default plugins.

    Hello,
    the problem was solved by the plugin “Formidable Bootstrap /
    Formidable Bootstrap Modal” causes – after disabling, also 5 items are next to each other and also the sidebar is now on the left side.
