fcoerezzaParticipantHi support,
I have to report some issues:-
1. please go to recruitx.me using a mobile. the 2 main menu sandwiches are not clickable. I mean, if I tap on each of them nothing happens. the other 2 menus (compare and login) works fine. See image attached
- 2. in spite of the theme settings, the site do not load the font define in the “title” section (-wd-title-font: “Varien Regular”). we tested on different computers
thank you

fcoerezzaParticipantUPDATE: I found the reason why the site did not load the font, and probably is due to the complianz plugin that blocks google fonts if you do allow cookies … investigating
The other issue is still open

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. I have checked your site and the mobile menu is working fine. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.
Screenshot for clarification;

fcoerezzaParticipantitem #2 is closed, as written in my addendum, we’re working with the 3rd party vendor to solve the issue with their plugin.
as for #1, did you use a real mobile or a browser simulator? as I can guarantee that from a real mobile is not working at all. not only on my device but on all devices. see video attached

fcoerezzaParticipantan update on #1 , the google font not loaded. the problem is specific to the font “varien regular” for titles.
Now seems that the font is loaded properly on the websites, but the problem still remain for mobile.
The font is not loaded.
Can you please check?Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards
