#3 NEW TOPIC VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

    Hey why your support is not that good like in the past? Now i notice that you’re skiping many of my questions and you’re not as helpful as you used to be… This makes me worry, please respond and help me in all my questions stop SKIPPING My questions….

    (1) In the cart page for some strange reason they are available 2 different proceed to checkout options not 1 like should be. Please check the screenshot i attach bellow

    I Disabled the theme and use the default WordPress theme but the issue is still there… This issue has surely to do with WOODMART!

    (2) The CSS code you sent me didn’t change the NEW LABEL color to purple, changed only the Discount Markdown label color to purple!

    (3) VERY IMPORTANT:

    Am using a plugin called (WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts) to set automatic dynamic discounts for all the products in specific categories:

    Example: I set ALL KRYOLAN (Category) Products to have -15% Discount.

    What is happening the discount of -15% is applying correctly in All KRYOLAN Products but inside the shop if ill visit KRYOLAN Category is showing the Markdown Sale only in the VARIABLE Products!

    The Simple Products prices are changing correctly as per the plugin discount i set, but Woodmart is not showing a Markdown Sale in the simple products, is showing just the new discounted price!

    It seems like Woodmart is ignoring the Simple Products Mark-Down Sale as a result not to show a sale -15%!

    This issue has nothing to do with the plugin since the plugin is doing it’s job correctly! Just woodmart is not showing the mark-down sale price change in Simple Products is just showing the final price after the 15% discount! In Variable Products works as expected.

    You can visit the KRYOLAN & DANESSA Categories and you will notice that the mark-down sale is showing only in Variable Products! In Simple Products is just changing the price not showing sale.

    Hello,

    1. The cart issue may be caused either by the incorrect cart page shortcode you have added or by other third parties plugins. Please check all the Woocommerce functional pages, and make sure each of them contains nothing but the appropriate shortcode as described in this manual: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ In case, all the pages are clean, please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    If you use the child theme, switch to the parent one and check

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    If you disable the WoodMart theme and see the problem, it means that the theme does not cause the issue.

    2. Please add this custom CSS to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS: 

    body .labels-rounded .new{
background-color:purple;
}

    3. We can guarantee 100% compatibility with the plugins listed on the theme description page. In any case, WoodMart works properly with all default Woocommerce functionality. If the plugin changes the functionality, it may not work. Have you checked how the plugin works on the Storefront theme? Could you provide the screen on the Storefront theme and on the WoodMart theme?

    (1) I changed the WOODMART theme to the default WordPress theme TWENTYTWO and the issue is gone! Check the screenshot below, is clear now that the double cart issue has to do with the woodmart!

    For the shortcode you’re saying that i add in the cart page, I NEVER did such a thing i did ZERO customization in the cart page…

    I Even switch the woodmart theme from main to child and from child to main and the cart issue still exists. PLEASE FIX IT…

    (3) This issue might caused by the plugin ill try new one.

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    YOU CAN START FIXING THE ISSUE! As i said i already disable literally everything and i sent you a screenshot that the issue is gone, but once i reactivate woodmart 2 CART options shown in the cart page….
