400 Bad Request Error When Accessing Theme Settings in WoodMart Theme

    Hello everyone,

    I recently installed the WoodMart theme and followed your setup instructions step by step. The installation went smoothly overall – however, I encountered an issue when trying to access the Theme Settings:

    As soon as I attempt to make any changes there, I receive the following error: “400 Bad Request”.
    I have already tried all common troubleshooting steps, including:
    – Clearing cache and cookies
    – Testing with different browsers
    – Checking the .htaccess file
    – Disabling all plugins
    – Reviewing the server configuration

    Unfortunately, none of these measures resolved the problem.

    Do you have any further suggestions or are you aware of this issue? I’d appreciate any help you can provide.

    I’d like to add again: the issue is only with the settings in “Theme Settings.” Everything else works perfectly and as expected.

    Hello,

    Increase this value – https://prnt.sc/YOVDp08Zffh1 to 10000, you can ask your hosting provider to do that.

    Then recheck the issue and let me know.

    Hi Luke,

    I’ve migrated the entire WordPress installation to a brand-new server and made sure that the PHP Max Input Vars are now correctly set to 10,000.

    However, even with this fresh setup and new server environment, the original issue still persists. Could you please take another look?

    The login credentials are still the same as last time.

    Hello,

    In this case, disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.
