    Hy,

    After new upadate I have a 403 error when I try to save setings in theme options.
    I try to reinstall all buth now is the 404 page not found error.
    I contacted hosting provider and they say that is theme problem not the server issues.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check and provide FTP access as well.

    That is what my hosting provider tell me.
    I have tried disable all plugins, and svwitch to main theme buth without sucess.

    Message from my hosting provider:
    Yes, I am telling you what the problem is so let them know to fix it, I have sent LOG errors and the level of omissions in the topic.

    I can exclude this ID at your own risk but I do not recommend it. If you paid for something, switching off the protection is unnecessary, and it is up to the developer to make their theme safe, if they do not want to return the money.

    The hosting provider tell me that he has temporary make error ID allowed so now is ok.
    But please check it if you can make that work.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but we don’t quite understand what do you mean by make the theme safe. Our theme has no opened security issues. What exactly is wrong with the theme so we should fix and why it is blocked?

    The hosting provider temporarily unblocks the error ID for request from theme when going to “save as” in the theme options.
    The hosting provider says that it is a security issue with the theme and that you need to fix it somehow because this ID is important for security on the site.

    But what error ID are you actually talking about? What security issue in the theme should we fix? Please, provide us some details.

    Sorry, but we don’t understand the meaning of this screenshot. As we understand, it doesn’t allow you to save settings because of some code in the copyrights area, right? What code are you trying to save there?
