vcatalin600ParticipantHello Team,
I have a small problem in customizing the theme, I tried to make small changes to the hero, but the changes do not appear and when I try to update at the end, I get this error + I thought it was an error from the elementor and I did what it is in the second screenshot sent
What can I do to solve the problem and make my changes appear?
Thanks for your time!-

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

vcatalin600Participantso after you make the changes, I also sent you a screenshot in the first message, the changes made are not saved, so the changes are visible only to you, and new visitors will only see the default version of the page, I thought the error was strictly to elementor so I did what is in the second screenshot, in conclusion any change you make with elementor is not visible to new users
