To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder
Can we schedule a time for tomorrow for you too look at the matter, preferably during IST hours as I dont have the luxury to have the website go down. Let me know possible 1 hour slots and I will have these done for that time.
1. If you face this only when you do a lot of operations in multiple tabs it means that your server doesn’t have enough resources for such operations with WordPress. It is not something related to our theme directly.
2. It may also be caused by the server. Could you please clarify how do you measure the performance? Send us a screenshot or video.
Could you please record a video of how it works with the Storefront WooCommerce theme and with WoodMart? We will try to do the same and reproduce the issue.
