403 error only on direct domain/home page

https://onetouchexim.com/ show 403 error
https://onetouchexim.com/about-us-3/ all inner pages are working fine.
I changed the theme with default twentythree and domain home page working fine.

403 Forbidden error is generated by the server. We see that it happens with our theme only but you need to contact your hosting provider and ask what error makes the home page forbidden by the server.

It looks like the mod_security extension blocks access to your home page. You can try to disable this extension to fix this problem.
