403 error when uploading Theme to wordpress

    Good day,

    I trust you are well.

    I’ve just purchased your theme.

    Upon uploading the theme onto wordpress, i get a 403 error message.

    Please assist ASAP

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Setting’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.
