Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

When elementor or js composer is activated it shows 403error
Hello,
You have enabled both Elementor and WP bakery.
The theme can work with either of them, but not with both at the same time.
You need to deactivate one builder and leave the one you used for theme installation, you may need to reinstall all from scratch and activate one builder you are going to use.
