403 error while updating anything in theme options, blogs and others

    Hi there,
    I have used Woodmart theme on multiple sites with multiple licenses. But for the first time I’m facing an issue of this type.
    I want to change the background of my headers.
    When I insert another image and click update, It gives 403. Same thing happens when I try to add a new blog.

    Plz help.

    Hello,

    Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block the Header builder’s and Theme Setting’s “save” requests.

    Contact your hosting provider for help.
