I recieve this message when going to appereance; installl plugins; after upgrading woodmart…

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them if you are running the child one and check the issue again.

I am checking the site and the message has gone.

Yes noe its gone but since the upgrade sometimes appears and only on some visitors…

How cani know what pluggins are related to the theme?

What doy you mean with switch to the paren them?

Also, when i try to acces to installed pplugins i recieved this message… i cant acces to desactivate them if i know who are the plugins releated…

As soon as you update the essential plugins all the messages would disappear.

Hi, please help, the banner still appears some times.. now at 22:00pm its appearing again, i have nothing to update on appearence; install plugins. They are all updated! And also visitors are seeing the banner!!

Hello,

Try to add the following PHP code snippet to the child theme functions.php file to remove it completely

remove_action( 'wp_footer', 'woodmart_core_outdated_message', 10 );

2. Add the above-provided code to the functions.php and provide the screenshot.

3. Provide the site admin access to the private are for checking.

Hi, i installed the child theme.. and insert the code… the yellow banner still appears on admin users and on any user random…

Also, when installing the child theme make this changes of style on the checkout.. i sent to you now the checkout page before installing the child theme and after..

Hello,

Please update your theme to 3.5.2 and update Woodmar Core plugin.

Then navigate to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS and delete the code:
```
.woodmart-core-message{
    display:none;
}
```
If you have any problems deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and contact us.
