403 server error FORBIDDEN ACCESS

On the home page I receive this error whereas other pages are loading. All patches have been applied. I have tried to change the theme to twenty twenty four, everything works good. After deactivating all the plugins the problem was not solved.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

With the woocommerce storefront and twenty twenty four themes works perfectly. Only Woodmart and woodmart child are not loading.
Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your admin access. The password you sent earlier seems to be wrong and we can’t access.

We tried to enter the password as you described but still doesn’t work. Could you please generate a new password or create a new account?
Try to create a new home page and add some elements one by one to see which element causes this error.
Or you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to provide you with an error from generated logs. It looks like the server blocks the access for some reason. But some error should written to the log file explaining the issue.
