Alex OviParticipantHi
I wanted to discuss the early problem. All pages and posts on the site stop working, except for the main page and the store.
It was assumed that the problem was in the Polylang for WooCommerce plugin, and after re-activating the plugin, the pages started working.
But this error appears every day. And every day turn on and turn off the plugin, which is not very convenient.
Can you check if there are still some moments that create this error and there is a solution to it.November 24, 2023 at 3:13 pm #515288
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Kind Regards

Alex OviParticipantThe same thing happens. On the second day, automatically + if any changes are made on the site, the connection with the pages and articles also disappears. You need to disable the plugin and re-enable it.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I apologize for the delay.
So can I test this issue on the default theme, disable/enable third-party plugins and enable the parent theme?
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

Alex OviParticipantNone of the website’s pages, apart from the main one and the product catalog, open

https://allgames.md/remont/
https://allgames.md/kontakty/
No such pages are found

Please help us in the given problem. we do not understand why such an error appears every day. Hosting tells us that the problem is on the web side.
This problem appears – and the elementor does not open the page https://prnt.sc/IJMih0EXakan – none of them

We already don’t know how to test to find the problem?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
After disabling all third-party plugins, the issue disappeared, here is a video: https://take.ms/dynwM
So some plugins affect it. Next time when the issue appears, disable plugins one by one to find which one causes the problem.
Kind Regards

Alex OviParticipantThis problem occurs every day.
December 8, 2023 at 5:01 pm #519837
Luke NielsenKeymasterWhen the problem occurs again, check it on the default theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not.
At the moment, it seems to be the issue with the third-party plugins.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

Alex OviParticipantThe problem remains on another Theme (WooCommerce Storefront) https://prnt.sc/ficUhyqlvq8o. We started disabling plugins one by one. It seems that when the polylang is turned off/on, the problem disappears – that is, the page works again.
This happens every day. How to solve this problem?
Disable/Enable every day is not a good idea.December 12, 2023 at 7:04 pm #521010
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please accept my apologies for the delay.
You need to contact the Polylang support team for further solutions. Because as you saw, the same issue happens on the default theme as well, therefore it is not something caused by our theme.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards
