    Hi, I have the same issue like this https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/404-not-found-problem/

    and the solution is to update the permalinks.

    The thing is, it is happening from time to time and it is an actual issue because it stops the sales.

    Any Ideas why is this happening?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not?

    Because our theme doesn’t influence the permalinks.
