Now the issue is in the third-party plugins here is a video: https://take.ms/R5zFQ
So you need to disable all plugins as on the staging site and recheck the issue.
In case, even after disabling all plugins on the production site you have the same issue, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation on the production site, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, You would better make the full backup of your site.

I spend too mutch time for this whislist.
Nothing is really clear, as i say before i do another clone #519567 for this problème and nothing work normaly disable all plugins or not.
I delete this fonctionnality from my website.
