So you need to disable all plugins as on the staging site and recheck the issue.
In case, even after disabling all plugins on the production site you have the same issue, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation on the production site, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, You would better make the full backup of your site.
