    Hi

    I am getting error while uploading review with photo.
    Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you for reply

    Now i have figure out the issue.
    Now I am able upload review with photo but only small resolution image.
    250*250, 500*500 , 981*1172.
    but getting error while uploading picture taken from mobile.
    576*1280, 1815*1846.

    all the Image size is less then 500 KB.

    please look at the issue

    Please, send us the image that you can’t upload to your review so we can check. Also, make sure that it has JPEG or PNG extension.

    It is your WordPress dashboard access. And we need your server FTP. If you don’t have this information, please, contact your hosting provider for help.

    We checked everything but didn’t find any problems with the theme code. It works with other images uploaded for the test. And your photo can be uploaded on our test environment. But there is something on your server that blocks this request with your photo. Maybe there is some security mechanism. Try to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.
