404 error when uploading review with photo

I am getting error while uploading review with photo.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Now i have figure out the issue.
Now I am able upload review with photo but only small resolution image.
250*250, 500*500 , 981*1172.
but getting error while uploading picture taken from mobile.
576*1280, 1815*1846.
all the Image size is less then 500 KB.
please look at the issue
