acabo de instalar mi tema y quiero configurarlo, como cambiar de color, cambiar de tipografia entre otras cosas…
al momento de poner guardar cambios me arroja siempre a la misma pagina: PAGINA NO ENCONTRADA

¿cual es la solucion para este problema? porfavor necesito su ayuda

You can send me your own admin access to the private area or install a plugin related to “temporary access” to the admin panel and send me a temporary link to the account.

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the max_input_vars parameter to 10000 to fix this issue. https://prnt.sc/IGNpauRH4kgG

Hola, ya me comunique con el provedor de alojamiento y ya actualizaron los parametros que me pidieron (le adjunto en foto), quisiera saber cual es el siguiente paso o si deberia actualizar algo, por que sigo teniendo el mismo problema, quiero configurar el tema y al guardar cambios me manda a la pagina 404 PAGINA NO ENCONTRADA

Hello,

Most likely, the server blocks it. Maybe the mod_security on your server is enabled. Contact your server and ask them to check the Theme Settings “save” requests.
