I am getting error of 503 Service Unavailable in few products.

Other few products work okay.

You can see this product in wordpress admin.

Hello,

looks like still some bugs in theme. if we change other theme then all pages works perfectly.

Curruntly many pages are still getting 503 Service Unavailable. Here is the product name “Ballonnenboog smal gedraaid” abd = https://ballonnenenmeer.foliuminfotech.in/webshop/producten/decoratie/bogen/ballonnenboog-smal-gedraaid/

Also some pages open only in incognito. Like this URL is working in onlu incognito: https://ballonnenenmeer.foliuminfotech.in/webshop/producten/decoratie/folie-ballonnen/cijfers-en-letters/folie-ballonnen-cijfers-en-letters-folie-ballonnen-decoratie/folie-ballon-cijfer-9-groen-metallic/

But if we change the theme then all works perfect.

So please check it at your end and let me know ASAP.

Hi,

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. I have tried by our end but you can see if we change and activate other theme then all pages works perfectly. so there must be issue with theme.

Yes, it might be a problem related to the theme. But it is not possible to understand what is it caused by without error logs. That is why you need to check your error logs or contact your hosting provider for help.

As we already mentioned, this error is generated by the server and we don’t know what error may cause it and where the logs are stored on the server. You need to ask your hosting provider to check this particular request that generates 500 errors or clarify where are the logs.

Log file is not generated based on URL is working or not. In given log files you can many errors. Again i will share you you FTP and there is log folder you can see attached screenshot. In this log folder you can see log file for the ballonnenenmeer.foliuminfotech.in

Hello,

When a 500 error appears on your website there is some error with the server which should be written to the log file. You need to consult with your hosting provider and ask where exactly the error is written when you visit a product page and see a 500 internal server error message.

You know many pages are working perfectly and few links only not working getting 503 error. And this issue is with currunt theme only. if we change theme then its works perfectly. I have given you log file also. You havent tried any single time to check code and theme bugs.

So please let us know how I can get a refund. We are wasting both of our time. so give us a processador to get rund.

Have you check this log file. this can also help us to check issue.

ballonnenenmeer.foliuminfotech.in ->wp-content ->debug.log

may be one more last try. Also can you fix this error ? may be that cause the issue.

This log doesn’t contain any errors related to the issue. Please, contact your hosting provider as we already asked. It would be the fastest way to understand the nature of the error and fix it quickly.

Hello Team,

I have moved to new domain http://ballonnenenmeer.foliuminfotech.com/ and now works perfect.

I have questions. In my main category page, subcategory is not listed. Getting blank page. and by default themes’s category page have listing of subcategory.

For expample i have 1 category with name: “Ballonnen, slingers en meer” you can see in wordpress admin: https://imgur.com/a/4GZW1N3 and when i check on that page then there is no listing for subcategory.

Now you can check 1 main category given by theme like “Computer & Office” and once you open that page there is listing of subcategory.

So can you guid us how we can list subcategory on main category page?

I am shareing wordpress admin and FTP in Private window.

This page have sub category page have subcategory and its working fine: http://ballonnenenmeer.foliuminfotech.com/product-categorie/ballonnen-en-slingers/ballonnen/

But main page of all category page like this http://ballonnenenmeer.foliuminfotech.com/product-categorie/ballonnen-en-slingers is not working. Geeting blank page in all main category pages.
