Elise, I’ve talked with the host provider.
As it is mentioned in your link, the problem might be from “Overloaded due to visitor numbers” – this is not possible because the store isn’t launched yet, or “Overloaded due to a badly behaved script or app – (e.g. an old version of WordPress or an outdated Plugin)”. So I guess a plugin or a script is draining the resources.
The store is already loading very slow, so I might have to install some cache plugin later on, but for the moment we have to fix the 508 error because it is not from the host provider.
What I’m asking is…please take a second look at the plugins, at the ajax codes, maybe you can do something. Maybe you missed something.
