Hi,

I received an email from my hoster who said me that :

“The xxxx.fr database generates an abnormal number of binlogs due to the following query:
“UPDATE wp_options SET … WHERE option_name = ‘_transient_wc_layered_nav_counts_pa_taille'”

How it’s possible to fix it, because now, my ecommerce website is very very slow :/

I change the theme, and it’s like more faster but it’s not an issue. I need to fix this problem with your theme. How do you think it will be possible ?

Could you please clarify how exactly do you measure the speed? We need to be able to test this ourselves on your website both with WoodMart and default theme to see the difference.

Just in changing page on the website, i see is more faster because now the website in under maintenance. I can’t expose it to everyone because i can’t adapt everything from your theme WoodMart to Twenty Twenty-One.

EDIT : Ok I didn’t say anything, the site is still very slow when I open several pages at once on several tabs, even with Twenty Twenty-One.

So it looks like a non-theme-related problem. Most likely, it is caused by the WooCommerce itself or some of the installed plugins.

I’m not the first one who have this problem, and it’s the first time i have that. I manage bigger store and i haven’t this problem.

I will check WooCommerce and plugins, but it’s come from my attribute Taille, but i don’t understand why this happen.

No, it still very slow… :/. On my PHPMyAdmin, in wp_options (where is the file _transient_wc_layered_nav_counts_pa_taille), is very big with a lot of _transient_wc_layered_nav_counts. Don’t know why…
