I see that and I am not sure why woocommerce displays that please see the attached screen shot that shows the proper level.

on another note, please see the attached image. There is a default shipping and delivery item that appears to be in Latin or some other language. How do I get it removed and without having to go to every product page to remove it. There are over 250 products on my site and that would take too much time.

We don’t know where you check this parameter but in WordPress, you have it set to 1000. You can see it in WooCommerce -> Status. And while it wouldn’t be increased you will not be able to save a menu with a lot of items correctly.

This tab can be disabled in Theme Settings -> Product page.

WooCommerce is displaying the wrong information. I am personally looking on the back end of my server and it has been increased.

But it can’ display this information wrong. Moreover, if the menu doesn’t work, then it is true and this limit is not increased. We know this since there are a lot of other customers requests on our forum that were solved in this way. Are you able to try some other hosting server if this is not working correctly for you?

I am not able to change web hosting providers. I guess I’m basically screwed then because you point the finger at the web hoster and they just point the finger back at you as the theme author. I have been going back in forth for weeks now and cannot get this issue resolved.

Can you please at least tell me how to get this screen shot (shipping and delivery) that is attached removed from all of my product pages. It is another language and I don’t know why is has auto-populated on all of my product pages. I would like to be able to remove all of them without having to go to each and every page to remove. Thank you.

We really want to help you and don’t want to waste the time just redirecting you to your hosters. But we don’t have an other solution for this. You can see that all other topics with the similar problem were solved with this method
