a serious problem when using the theme

Hello,

can you plz check this issue:

first of all i was facing strange behavior in my website & i kept searching for a solution and found nothing,

today by chance i was testing something & i deactivated Woodmart theme & installed random theme for testing.

and i surprised that all my problems solved.

the problems are:

if i’m using woodmart theme Active (child):

– any plugin require additional file setup like a core file, i don’t get the notification to install that files
example: B2BKing whole sale plugin it requires a B2B Core plugin so i don’t get the notification (i will attach screenshots – before & after theme activation)

– some plugins when i install it & then go to the plugin setting page it gives blank page
example: Envato Market plugin, Paymob Payment gateway plugin (screenshot will be provided)

– i always has notification update in the dashboard but when i go to updates i found nothing & when i deactivate the theme i got that there is a plugin update.

– some plugin disappear from plugin page & appear if i deactivate the theme (i don’t have any code in function.php to hide plugins)

so all these problems are solved only if i deactivate the theme.

so what is the problem here?

Please, switch to the parent theme and check how it works. It might be caused by the custom code added to your child theme.

yes parent theme is working fine,

so is there a way to find these codes are causing this ?

You need to remove all the code and add the function by function or part by part to identify which one causes this problem.
