Abandoned cart coupons expire too soon

I have set the option that when cart is abandoned then the coupons are automatically created and sent to the customer. There is a reoccuring issue where customer receives a coupon and it is already expired.

First the coupon expire time limit was 1 day (because I wanted the coupon to be usable for 24h), then I increased it to 2 days hoping it will resolve the issue.

Customer just wrote that she received a coupon previous night and it’s already expired (although the expiring is set to 2 days). Why so?

Hello,

You can fix it by applying patch # 687196. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

I installed the patch. It lost the ability for the coupons to expire. For security purposes Im sharing the screenshot of the latest coupons in the extra information box.

Could you please send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong on your website?
