vynilParticipantMmm, can you be more specific? Because the feature is enabled, but still not working. Could you just check why it’s not working? Thank you…

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.9 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

vynilParticipantIt’s a staging website. You can update the theme if you want, but that’s not gonna fix the issue and you are trying to waste my time here which is not professional. These settings usually work, so please test and let me know how you can fix this issue. Thank you in advance.
January 19, 2026 at 10:04 am #704978Hello,
Your issue has been resolved. Check back your site and check the issue.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/HTQvPDN0
I have deactivated the third party plugins on your site and the abandoned cart is working fine. Please visit your site and activate the plugins one by one to check which one causes the issue.
Best Regards

vynilParticipantI don’t know what exactly you have deactivated, but the issue is still there. I have only my SMTP and booking plugins enabled and it’s not working at all. Could you please check again with these plugins enabled? I can see the log from the abandoned cart in my SMTP plugin so the issue is not with this plugin.

vynilParticipantI can see it’s working now, but it didn’t send the email after 1 minute, and there’s a critical error – it doesn’t show the cart content.
Please check the screenshot attached. Can you please make this work?

January 21, 2026 at 8:03 am #705399Hello,
Can you please share the page URL where the critical error about cart content is showing, so I can check and give you a possible solution?

January 22, 2026 at 8:50 am #705581Hello,
This issue may be some abandoned carts being saved in an invalid format. Guest sessions can sometimes be cached or interrupted, and the cart data gets stored as a string instead of a cart object.
When it tries to read that record, it calls invalid data and triggers the critical error — which is why some guest carts work and others crash(first one causing the issue on your site)
Exclude Cart, Checkout, My Account pages from LiteSpeed cache.
Please refer to the article for more details: https://secure.lightningbase.com/index.php/knowledgebase/71/How-to-exclude-a-page-from-Litespeed-cache.html#:~:text=Log%20in%20to%20your%20WordPress,that%20should%20not%20be%20cachedClear all caches after changing the settings. After that, new abandoned carts will be saved correctly and the error should stop happening.
Best Regards,
