Abandoned Cart removes the Checkout page

As I previously explained in this thread: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/abandoned-cart-removes-the-home-page/, a similar issue is happening again, but now affecting the Checkout page.
After updating to the latest version of the theme, the Abandoned Cart function is automatically deleting the Checkout page from the site.
This causes serious issues for customers trying to place orders, as they are redirected or get a 404 error when trying to finalize the purchase.
Could you please check this urgently? I’m using WooCommerce and the Checkout page was created with the default [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode and configured correctly in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.
