    My customers are getting multiple abandonded cart emails in a row. I believe the system is creating duplicate carts. Please se screenshot

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not?

    This is fun fun functionality built into your theme. We are not using a 3rd party plugin and this is a development of your theme.

    I deleted all the abandoned carts this morning, and these were recenetly generated. Please see the duplicates.

    Hello I have the same problem. My users receive 4 – 5 emails for the same abandoned cart. I added some products to my cart and actually I received several emails. How many emails should the system send?

    I just updated to the latest version of the theme and applied all patches. I dont think that other response is relivant to the issue we are seeing.. Our customers are getting multiple emails, that post is about not getting an abandoned cart generated at all. I cleared all my abandoned carts agains just now and will see if we still get duplicates after the update.

    Hi,

    The issue is caused by a third-party plugin. We temporarily disabled all third-party plugins on your site for 3 minutes and reduced the abandoned cart timeout. As a result, the issue disappeared — only one abandoned cart was registered for our test user.

    To investigate this more thoroughly, we need to disable third-party plugins for a longer period. Could we do this on the live site? If not, please create a staging site where the issue can be reproduced and provide full access to it.

    After investigating the issue in more detail, we found that it is caused by a third-party plugin — WP Sheet Editor - Users — which is currently in a beta version. Could you please try reproducing the issue again using the stable version of this plugin?

    1. For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the author support team, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires.

    2. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    I completely understand.. What I am asking is can your technical support people tell me any more information regarding what their plugin may be doing or effecting that is breaking the abadoned cart functionality. This was I can reach out to their support team with as much informion as possible..

    Are carts being duplicated? What do you feel that their plugin is doing?

    We deactivated the plugin and the issue has been resolved. We can’t dig deep into the plugin codes to figure out the root cause.
