About Contact Form

Hello,
At iletisim page I have added contact form with contact form 7 initially and then wp forms. I also activate WP Mail SMTP addon which has sent test mail SUCCESSFULLY. But when I test sending from iletisim form page, mails don’t come to mail box even if the page is giving the alert “Your message is sent successfully”. I tried some variations which has worked without any trouble on my other wordpress sites with different templates, and now I am thinking that maybe something wrong with Woodmart. Can you check?
