Hello, I’m currently using a SiteGround server with the WoodMart theme and the Elementor page builder. I’ve noticed that all three—SiteGround’s Speed Optimizer plugin, the WoodMart theme settings, and Elementor settings—offer image lazy loading features. At the moment, SiteGround’s lazy load is currently disabled (default off), while WoodMart and Elementor both have their lazy load settings enabled by default. I would like to ask: if I should only enable one lazy load system, which one is recommended for best performance and compatibility? Will enabling multiple lazy load features at the same time cause conflicts or negatively impact image rendering speed or stability? Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello,

You can use the lazy from our theme. Sometimes in some cases, there could be conflicts with another lazy loading from the plugin or something else, in such a case, you will have the images with a width and height of 1px.

    Kind Regards

I’m currently optimizing my website using the WoodMart theme and would like to ask for your advice regarding image lazy loading.

Since WoodMart comes with its own JavaScript-based lazy loading system, should I disable the native WordPress lazy loading (loading=”lazy” attribute) to avoid any potential conflicts or performance issues?

Would you recommend keeping both enabled, or is it better to use only WoodMart’s built-in lazy load?

Looking forward to your professional advice. Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Hello,

There should not be conflicts with the default lazy loading from WordPress. You can leave both options enabled.

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind Regards
