    Hi,
    I extend 6 months of support until 04 February 2023, but I just checked my account, and it still shows it will expire until 05 August 2022. So I wonder whether the status will update automatically.

    Hello,

    You need to go to your account on our website and click on the “Update” button or your purchase code. Then your support expiration date will be actualized.
