Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product Styles > Enable the option Products background and add the Custom products background color

Hello,

Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to layouts > Edit Product Archive layout with Elementor > Edit Product Archive layout and in the style tab set the custom background color.

I’m not sure what you did, but nothing changed

Check back your site and check the shop page after completely clearing the browser cache or check the issue in the incognito window. For the home page color simply edit the page with elementor and change the background color.
