About Shop and Category Images

Dear we buy your theme before days. Now we have some problems we should solve it but now the most important thing is our image size for shop is now for 4 column is 290px and the height is 386px. But some images height is become 435px and some 510px and this is cause a bad view in listing. How we can make all the same height without edit in css. This so important. We should make it from woocommerce settings or we should add some ectra codes in child theme functions?

Before that we use another theme and the sizes is become fit bec they use a special size field and we put the sizes and take it. but they have many problems in RTL and this couse to us many problems and we decide to change our theme to more professional theme.

Second thing is I add field in child theme to add barcode number. also I add another field for variable products so the barcode number can be saved for each. I can display the barcode number and I dont have any problem on it. But when we change the attribitions how we can change the barcode number? can you help me on it please if it is a part of support if not can you give me an advice on this.

Third thing is related with tabs. Now I can edit the admin part and I can show Tab4 and it is saved and everything is ok. But I cannot display it. I check every page but I cannot find which part is related on this to edit. Can you help also on this?

Fourth thing is i write a code and Add buy on whatsapp button. This button is get the page name and link and send a message over whatsapp to support number and can finish the deal or if there any question on it can be asked without waste time of the support to ask which product and link and looking to the stocks to see which product. But When we add it we face the problem is in shop page and category pages. My question is how we can make this add to chart in shop page and category page is just as icon like chart icon with plus.

I add all the images about my questions. To be honest with you I get your theme from one of my friend and I make all my tests and add my codes on it and after that I say to myself this is the theme which I buy it for my project. So that my questions is more than one.

Now the site is in maintenance. I will add the login info and ftp info in Private Content…

2. I have checked this screen: *Screenshot 2021-07-12 042548.jpg I cannot catch what is wrong if it is with the sizes now? Please provide more detail here.

3. Second thing is I add field in child theme to add barcode number. – Woocommerce customization is beyond our support. We would recommend to try searching for a plugin to add a barcode. There should be any. We have not tested any we can hardly recommend.

4. Tabs: there are two additional tabs provided by Woodmart: Global one you can edit it in the Theme Settings > Single product > Tabs. This content is the same for all the products. One more additional tab is unique for each product, you can find the option just in the product page. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings

5. *Screenshot-2021-07-12-042647.jpg – such modification require complicated customization that is not covered by our support. I have not heard or met such plugins either. In any case, try to search for a plugin.

OK. For image size I add to functions a code which make all same sizes. and for others I will find a way.

Now the most important thing is that:

I add additional tab on functions which you write it in inc/admin/settings/product.php
You have global 3 tabs and I make them 5 bec I have some global tabs should be added.

I can show it in admin panel and save them. But I cannot show it in single product page. How I can show it. where is the code should assign tab4 and tab5. Which part?

You can see images that I add the codes on there everything is ok but I cannot show it on single page.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Sorry. This is not related with woocommerce. Your theme is give to us 3 additional tabs. And we make it from inc/admin/settings/product.php to 5 tab. We can see the 3 tab but the two which we add them not shown. Is there any code should added? Is in the front end a code should be added?

Can any other person who help me on this.
also I have many problems in the theme. I need solve it.
If an error will be solved in 2-3 days or 1 reply for one day how we will solve the problems

Please remove the customization from the file you have added.

Our support does not cover issues on customization of the Product page or Woocommerce. If you want to add extra tabs, try to search for a plugin that will do it correctly or try to follow this Woocommerce tutorial: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/

If you customize them, please activate the child theme and add all the code to the functions.php of the child theme otherwise all the customization would be lost at the next update.

All the custom CSS should be added to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS, if you add JS code it will be added to the Theme Settings > Custom JS.

Please avoid editing the theme files.

For that we use child theme. But on the other case we cannot copy the inc files to there.

The question is if you have this option why I use another plugin to do this. Is that logical.

Now our problem is how we can show this two tab on the product page. You made it but we improve it. For update in anycase we dont update any file before check it. So We need to know how we can add this to there. It is not hard to give me which files we should edit it for show it.

Im not a newbie on wordpress I use wordpress for 10 years. So I need the part to costumize it.

The product page has its own default tabs:
Description – is the main description on the product page.

Reviews are disabled in the Woocommerce > Settings > Product.

Additional tab (with the attributes)

WoodMart theme suggests two more tabs:

Additional tab (Shipping information) You can edit it in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs > Additional tab This is is global tab – the content one and the same for all tabs.

Additional tab on the product page in the page settings: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings this content is individual for each product. You can change the tab title in the title field.

I think you cannot understand me. I say that you make in your theme 3 additional tabs. We improve it and make it 5 tabs. which files should be edited for show them in front end.

Name of the files we should edit it. I cannot understand why you dont give me files name in your theme folder. It is so simple you can say the file in woocommerce/single/etc/etc/etc.php file. you can edit it.

It is so simple. There is no complex things. You write a code and we use it to make usable for us. It is not hard to give it.

I solve my problem by myselft I find the files which we should edit.

To add new tab in admin panel:
inc/admin/settings/product.php

To show them in single product page:
woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php

Now I can show them in single page without add any plugin

In image sizes in category and in shop pages just add this codes in function.php in your child theme:

You have 2 files to edit them

To add new tab in admin panel:

lines start with 999 this is the start of tabs seciton.

To show them in single product page:
woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php
lines start with 1193 this is the start of tabs seciton to show them in single page.
