About showing and hiding by associating the section title of HTML Blocks

To display veiwed products on the product page, I created a widget, created HTML Blocks, and placed them on each product page.
The composition of HTML Blocks is
1, Section title
2, widgetized sidebar
In this case, only the section title will always be displayed, even if you haven’t seen the product yet.
Can I hide the section title if I haven’t seen the product yet?
Addendum
There is a similar part at the bottom of the top page.
Located to the left of Twitter.
Similarly, I want to hide the section title when there are no products to browse.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add any condition for the section title element. They are function separately and there are no any connections between them.
