About the bug of header builder

Header organic overlap is used on the HP top page.
I’m trying to enter text in the top bar and I’m adding an element, but I can’t save it.
Place Text / HTML in the left column, enter the text and save.
When I check the reflection on wab, it is not reflected, so when I update the header builder, the element placed in the column on the left of the top bar disappears.
Please tell me how to deal with it.
