We set up the google login button on our website following the procedure of your documentation.
Can you tell me what type of application to choose: Public or internal?
Also give me information about the user limit message before checking.
What is this message and what to do after exceeding this limit (see screenshot) should I recreate a new project?

You can select a public application. You need to verify your app as written on the message to be able to use this function for an unlimited number of logins.
